Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy
We offer shipping with deliveries from Monday to Friday. We do not deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Any order received after 4 PM, even if the item is in stock, can only be shipped from the next business day.
Zelo: Exclusive for shipments to Portugal and Spain. Road transport. Transit time for your orders varies between 1 and 2 business days.
CTT: Exclusive for shipments to the Madeira and Azores archipelagos. Shipments by sea or air. Transit time depends on the weight of the order and the archipelago to which it is destined. For orders under 5 kg by air, the average delivery time is 5 working days.
Return and Exchange Policy
The Customer may cancel their order at any time up to delivery, with the right to a full refund of all amounts paid. Upon receipt of the order, the Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal under the legally established terms and as indicated below.
Failure to pay for the order within 48 hours of it being placed will result in its automatic cancellation.
All promotional campaigns have limited stock and are exclusive to online sales. In case of product unavailability and/or stock shortage, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order with the right to a refund of the respective amount paid.
Within the scope of its Customer Satisfaction Policy, and under applicable legal terms, the Seller allows the return (contract termination) of items within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Customer, without payment of compensation and without the need to state the reason.
To do so, the Customer must communicate their intention in writing, via email. The items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by the original invoice (Article 6 of Decree-Law 143/2001 of April 26, as amended by Decree-Law 82/2008 of May 20).
The return of items must comply with the following conditions:
The items must be returned to the Seller in good condition (i.e., in the same condition as when they were sold). If the items are in good condition, they must also be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding invoice. The item must also be sent with the original label, accessories/batteries/manuals/warranty certificates and/or warranty card.
Returns are not accepted if the product is not properly packaged or is not in good condition. If the item is damaged in any way by the customer, the return will not be accepted and the item will be sent back to the customer.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
If the packaging is damaged and/or the items show obvious signs of use, the items will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
After contacting our services, the Customer will be sent instructions for the return, which involves sending the items, properly packaged in their original packaging, to our address.
If you choose to return the item, please note that the refund will be processed using the same payment method.
The shipping costs to our address are the responsibility of the Customer. The Seller may, however, arrange for collection depending on the situation.
The refund will only be processed after a technical inspection of the product's condition, verification that the conditions described above have been met, and that the items are in good condition.
