What is scuba diving baptism?
 A scuba diving baptism is a pool diving experience that allows participants to try breathing underwater and experience diving with a scuba suit (SCUBA equipment).

 What are the prerequisites?

 
 Enjoying good health and knowing how to swim.
 
 Over 12 years old
 
 Parental or legal guardian permission required if under 18 years of age.


 What are you going to do?
 All necessary equipment is provided by Submersus; you only need to bring a swimsuit and swimming cap.
 During this experience, which lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, an initial information session is held on how the equipment works and how to use it underwater. Following this, participants can experience breathing underwater and even try some of the skills they can learn to master in the introductory Open Water Diver course.

 How do I reserve and buy?
 To book a scuba diving baptism, you can choose a date and register for the event - Scuba Diving Baptism - from Submersus or send an email requesting information (cursos@submersus.com).

 Can I do it on a date of my choosing?
 We offer introductory dives periodically. Check the dates on the course calendar (https://www.submersus.com/batismo-de-mergulho). For groups of 6 or more participants, this experience can be scheduled for a mutually agreed date at any time of the year.
