This course covers the theory, methods, and procedures of planned dives with decompression stops. The program can be taught using air or trimix as bottom gas, or air. The objective of the course is to train divers in the planning and execution of dives with decompression stops (max 25 minutes) using a decompression mixture up to 100% O2, not exceeding a depth of 45 m. In the course you will learn the DIR protocols and techniques used in decompression dives. The course usually lasts 4-5 days.
