The objective of the course is to train participants to perform decompression using two decompression mixtures, using hypoxic trimix as the background gas.
During the course, students acquire knowledge about the advantages, precautions to take, and decompression strategies when using helium in mixtures used as bottom gas. The practical part of the course focuses on the techniques and protocols of the DIR philosophy when using helium as a bottom gas in exploration at depths up to 100 m.
